PPA Power DS s.r.o. carries out technical and non-technical management of buildings and facilities:
Facilities and technical equipment:
- Transformer stations, HV / LV switchboards and distribution networks, lighting
- Gas pipelines and gas regulation station
- Water supply and automatic pressure stations
- Rainwater and sewage drains, waste water pumping stations
- Roads and reinforced areas
- Greenery
Management and administrative management
- Pasportization of facilities and technical equipment
- Audit of facts included in the accompanying technical documentation
- Keeping complete records that reflect all costs associated with facility and equipment management and preparation of the annual management report.
- Management and updating of technical documentation on the state of facilities and equipment and on the performance of management and administration activities.
- Legislation monitoring and ensuring the implementation of appropriate measures in the concerned facilities and equipment.
- Contact and communication with state authorities
- Operation of public water supply under Act No. 442/2002 Coll.
- Operation of public sewer system under Act No. 442/2002 Coll.
- Management and control of activities of supply and subcontracting organisations
- Preparation of the maintenance plan (timetable, material plan, schedule of professional inspections and tests and keeping of service records).
Technical management:
- Preventive maintenance service
- Scheduled service of facilities according to manufacturers’ recommendations
- Technical inspections and reviews of selected technical equipment
- Maintenance and repairs
- Purchasing management and replacement of spare parts and consumables
- Continuous 24-hour emergency service responding to requests for intervention at an emergency number
Non-technical management:
- Removal and waste disposal management
- Summer and winter maintenance of outdoor areas and roads:
- Maintenance of greenery
