The following technologies were implemented as part of the modernisation of the motorway Piešťany – Trenčín – Ladce completed in 11/2005 (about 65 kilometres):

• Supply of new meteorological stations for Drietoma and Majer
• Technological nodes – replacement – computer and control technology for ISD
• Traffic controllers – replacement and integration into a new dispatch centre
• Variable traffic signs and road light signalling – new electronics and diagnostics
• Security system – closed TV circuit – centre completion and camera control
• Integration and visualisation of traffic counters
• Integration and visualisation of security system
• Supply of a motorway system for weighing trucks – connection to the ISD
• Integration and visualisation of rainwater tanks
• Adding traffic counters for continuous weighing in all traffic lanes
• Measuring the height of vehicles with vehicle identification
• Spot speed radars
