PPA Power DS s.r.o. carries out technical and non-technical management of buildings and facilities:
Facilities and technical equipment:
- Transformer stations, HV / LV switchboards, lighting
- CCTV and attendance system
- Heading, boiler rooms
- Gas distribution, RSP
- Ventilation and air conditioning equipment
- Water supply and sewerage
- Lifting equipment – gates
- Fire equipment (electric fire signalling, fire extinguishing systems, PHP, hydrants)
- Buildings
- Health-technical equipment:
- Roads and reinforced areas
- Greenery
Management and administrative management
- Management of service and maintenance of buildings and equipment
- Management and control of activities of supply and subcontracting organisations
- Preparation and development of the maintenance plan (timetable, material plan, schedule of professional inspections and tests.
- Development of documentation for billing of the costs associated with the operation of buildings and facilities.
- Keeping complete records that reflect all costs associated with facility and equipment management and preparation of the annual management report.
- Preparation of documentation for billing of the costs associated with the operation of buildings and facilities.
- Management and updating of technical documentation on the state of facilities and equipment and on the performance of management and administration activities
Technical administration:
- Preventive maintenance service
- Scheduled service of facilities according to manufacturers’ recommendations
- Technical inspections and reviews of selected technical equipment
- Maintenance and repairs
- Purchasing management and replacement of spare parts and consumables
- Continuous 24-hour emergency service responding to requests for intervention at an emergency number
Non-technical management:
- Summer and winter maintenance of outdoor areas and roads:
- Maintenance of greenery
