Management of service and maintenance of buildings and equipment

Preparation and development of the maintenance plan (timetable, material plan, schedule of professional inspections and tests.
Development of documentation for billing of the costs associated with the operation of buildings and facilities.
Keeping complete records that reflect all costs associated with facility and equipment management and preparation of the annual management report.
Management and updating of technical documentation on the state of facilities and equipment and on the performance of management and administration activities

Technical administration:

Preventive maintenance service
Scheduled service of facilities according to manufacturers’ recommendations
Technical inspections and reviews of selected technical equipment
Maintenance and repairs
Purchasing management and replacement of spare parts and consumables
Continuous 24-hour emergency service responding to requests for intervention at an emergency number
